Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- The product is defective upon delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Certain items such as opened food products, spices, seeds, perfumes, personal care items, or hygiene products may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
Refunds
After inspection and approval:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy

- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Eligible refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
